Sales Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Arora Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and business development across all revenue segments within our luxury property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Work towards and meet agreed sales objectives and targets, aiming to achieve all hotel revenue stream targets.
- Sales Strategies: Execute sales strategies and activities as outlined in the budget and sales plan, following directions from the Line Manager.
- Account Management: Develop account animation plans for assigned accounts to maximize share from each.
- Business Development: Research potential new accounts, conduct telesales calls, face-to-face appointments, and non-face-to-face sales activities in line with set targets.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain effective relationships with brand partner sales/key account teams, Arora central teams, and other Arora hotel or hotel cluster sales teams.
- Brand Knowledge: Be knowledgeable about brand standards and tools related to sales activity.
- Customer Relationships: Manage customer relationships to maximize new sales opportunities, drive repeat business, and promote the wider Arora collection of hotels.
- Marketing Initiatives: Execute and communicate Arora Group and relevant Brand marketing initiatives and promotions to customers and the market.
- Sales Effectiveness: Utilize public relations, marketing, and social media resources to enhance sales effectiveness.
