**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team at Arora Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of our Tea Salon operation.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage the overall Tea Salon budget and implement effective purchasing and ordering activities.
  • Monitor restaurant costs on a daily basis and work closely with the Assistant Food & Beverage manager and the Director of Food and Beverage.
  • Oversee the monthly inventory for all the wines and beverages.
  • Conduct weekly inventory and cross-check of beverage inventory with Micros sales.
  • Analyse guest insights to identify and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage local beverage marketing programmes for the hotel; participate in and maintain system-wide beverage marketing programmes and promotions.
  • Focusing on internal team development and provide training on a monthly basis.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and ensure compliance.

**Requirements**

  • Previous hotel experience is advantageous.
  • An absolute commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
  • Flexible and versatile in responding to guest requests and situations.
