Assistant Outlet Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team at Fairmont Windsor Park Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the Tea Salon operation, including managing the overall Tea Salon budget, implementing effective purchasing and ordering activities, and monitoring restaurant costs on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing local beverage marketing programmes for the hotel
  • Participating in and maintaining system-wide beverage marketing programmes and promotions
  • Focusing on internal team development and providing training on a monthly basis
  • Adhering to all Health and Safety policies and ensuring compliance

The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience, an absolute commitment to delivering high levels of customer service, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
