We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Outlet Manager to join our team at Fairmont Windsor Park Hotel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all aspects and functions of the Tea Salon operation, including managing the overall Tea Salon budget, implementing effective purchasing and ordering activities, and monitoring restaurant costs on a daily basis.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing the monthly inventory for all the wines and beverages, conducting weekly inventory and cross-checking of beverage inventory with Micros sales, and analysing guest insights to identify and meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have previous hotel experience, an absolute commitment to delivering high levels of customer service, and the ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.

They will also be flexible and versatile in responding to guest requests and situations, and will adhere to all Health and Safety policies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

As a key member of our team, the Assistant Outlet Manager will be responsible for focusing on internal team development and providing training on a monthly basis.

They will also be responsible for managing local beverage marketing programmes for the hotel, participating in and maintaining system-wide beverage marketing programmes and promotions.
