Assistant Bar Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join our team at the Fairmont Windsor Park. As a key member of our fine dining restaurant team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bar and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Bars Manager in supervising and ensuring a smooth operation of the assigned F&B areas, front and back of the house.
  • Responsible for ensuring the restaurant and bar staff have the necessary knowledge, understanding and training, specific to the needs of the bars.
  • Provide every guest receives individual/personalised service, recognition and assistance, ensuring each guest receives satisfaction.
  • Create an environment where all guests and staff are happy and motivated.
  • Obtain feedback from guests.
  • Develop innovative and cost-effective ideas to generate revenues and reach/exceed outlet budget and profitability.

Requirements

  • Previous Hotel Restaurant experience at Supervisory level is advantageous.
  • An absolute commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to remain calm whilst under pressure.
  • Flexible and versatile in responding to guest requests and situations.
