We are seeking a skilled Resource Controller to join our dynamic team at 360 Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective resourcing of appointments between teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with other Resource Controllers to ensure seamless resourcing of appointments.
  • Schedule repair appointments based on operative skills, availability, and locality to minimize travel time and idle time.
  • Plan ahead for future appointments and identify potential issues that may impact meeting appointment times.
  • Monitor job management system screens to ensure timely action is taken when required.
  • Oversee operative screens to ensure efficient arrival at next jobs.
  • Support Office Supervisors in maintaining a professional work environment and excellent customer service.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on Call Handler performance to Office Supervisors.
  • Escalate issues or queries to line manager/supervisor for resolution.
  • Use manual measures to understand logistical and resourcing process performance and identify trends or issues.
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Experience in an operational/logistical resourcing role.
  • 2 years' experience working in an Operations Centre of a Building Maintenance Contract.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks/activities.
  • Understanding of the Geographical Portsmouth City area.
