Key Responsibilities

As our Human Resources Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment assistance as needed.
  • Assisting with the preparation of new employee documentation, data entry into the HR database, conducting right to work checks, and managing leaver documentation.
  • Compiling various letters, such as those related to changes in employment terms, acceptance of resignations, and probation outcomes.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in our People Management system.
  • Ensuring all necessary staff undergo DBS checks.
  • Offering HR support as requested by HR Business Partners.
  • Conducting audits of employee files to ensure all documents are current.
  • Reviewing SMS processes to ensure compliance with HR protocols.
  • Assisting with system updates and amendments.
  • Coordinating Occupational Health appointment administration.
  • Collaborating with training providers to identify cost-effective training solutions.
  • Documenting meeting minutes.
  • Managing probation, induction, and new starter documentation.

Candidate Profile
