Key Responsibilities
As our Human Resources Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment assistance as needed.
- Assisting with the preparation of new employee documentation, data entry into the HR database, conducting right to work checks, and managing leaver documentation.
- Compiling various letters, such as those related to changes in employment terms, acceptance of resignations, and probation outcomes.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in our People Management system.
- Ensuring all necessary staff undergo DBS checks.
- Offering HR support as requested by HR Business Partners.
- Conducting audits of employee files to ensure all documents are current.
- Reviewing SMS processes to ensure compliance with HR protocols.
- Assisting with system updates and amendments.
- Coordinating Occupational Health appointment administration.
- Collaborating with training providers to identify cost-effective training solutions.
- Documenting meeting minutes.
- Managing probation, induction, and new starter documentation.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a candidate who possesses:
- Confidence and approachability

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A minimum of Level 2 qualifications in Maths and English
