Job Title: Human Resources and Recruitment Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources and Recruitment Administrator at OutThere RPO in Southsea, Hampshire.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR Consultants, including producing standard letters, contracts, and updating client HR software systems.
  • Work in conjunction with the HR team to deliver various client HR projects.
  • Support the Recruitment Team with resourcing administration, including qualifying candidates, maintaining recruitment sourcing software, and completing recruitment process documentation.
  • Conduct basic candidate searches using job boards and provide customers with updates on their current recruitment campaigns.
  • Effectively time log each working task/activity against the appropriate client/project/campaign using our chosen project management software platform.
Requirements:
  • Relevant education background or on-the-job experience in Business Administration and/or working towards a relevant HR qualification.
  • A personal interest in HR and/or Recruitment Process gaining 360 exposure to the HR and RPO industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Keen attention to detail.
