About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our team at Toyota Financial Services, KINTO and KINTO. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the business in achieving its goal of becoming the employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the business's goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new starters and leavers.
  • Support the development of a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide data insights and analysis to inform business decisions, including regional reporting, staff listing, and leavers' reports.
  • Support the team with processes and checklists to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related data and information.
Requirements
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
