- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Conduct employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new starters and leavers.
- Support the development of a positive and inclusive work culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Provide data insights and analysis to inform business decisions, including regional reporting, staff listing, and leavers' reports.
- Support the team with processes and checklists to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related data and information.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
- Previous experience in a similar HR role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge of current employment legislation and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
