Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the HR team, including recruitment support as needed.
- Assist with preparing onboarding documentation, entering data into the HR database, conducting right to work checks, and managing employee exit processes.
- Draft letters related to employment terms, acceptance of resignations, and probation outcomes.
- Maintain and update employee records in our People Management system.
- Ensure all necessary staff undergo background checks.
- Support HR Business Partners with various HR-related tasks.
- Audit HR processes to ensure compliance among operational teams.
- Assist with system updates and amendments.
- Coordinate Occupational Health appointments.
- Engage with training providers to identify cost-effective training solutions.
- Document meeting minutes accurately.
- Oversee the management of probation, induction, and onboarding documentation.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A genuine passion for Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with accurate typing skills.
- A minimum of Level 2 qualifications in Mathematics and English.
