About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resource Coordinator to join our team at 360 Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective resourcing of appointments between teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with other Resource Coordinators to ensure seamless resourcing of appointments and provide cover for colleagues in periods of absence.
  • Schedule repair appointments based on operative skills, availability, and locality to minimize travel time and idle time.
  • Plan ahead for future appointments, identifying potential issues that may impact meeting appointment times and escalating concerns to the Lead Resource Coordinator.
  • Monitor job management system screens to ensure timely action is taken when required, or seek guidance from line managers or supervisors if uncertain.
  • Oversee operative screens to ensure efficient arrival at next jobs.
  • Ensure understanding of the end-to-end process of delivering exceptional customer service and key responsibilities in achieving this goal.
  • Support office supervisors in maintaining a professional work environment and providing excellent customer service.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on call handler performance to office supervisors.
  • Escalate issues or queries to line managers or supervisors for resolution.
  • Use manual measures to analyze logistical and resourcing process performance, identifying trends or issues that impact service levels.
Requirements
  • GCSE or equivalent grade C or above in Maths and English.
  • Experience working in an operational or logistical resourcing role.
  • 2 years' experience working in an Operations Centre of a Building Maintenance Contract.
  • Basic knowledge of building maintenance trades and tasks/activities.
  • Understanding of the geographical area.
