We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Customer Relations Manager at Parker Meadows care home in Fareham. As a seasoned sales and business development expert, you will excel in achieving and surpassing revenue goals while enhancing the visibility of Parker Meadows through community engagement, events, and public relations. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring exceptional customer service for every inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed targets for resident occupancy and average weekly fees.
  • Enhance the care home’s profile and generate inquiries through events, sponsorships, and public relations.
  • Provide prospective clients with accurate information regarding our facilities, services, and pricing.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and identify potential market opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Home Manager and departmental heads.
  • Complete all necessary reports with accuracy and punctuality.
  • Be available for evening and weekend meetings and events as needed.
