Role Overview: The Client Engagement Manager will spearhead sales initiatives and assist the care home in reaching its sales objectives, primarily focusing on self-funded clients. Flexibility is key, as the role may require evening and weekend hours to ensure an outstanding customer experience for every inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet established targets for resident occupancy, self-pay ratios, and average weekly fees.
