As an Automation Tester at Bionical Solutions, you will be an integral part of the Quality Assurance team, responsible for spearheading the testing of software solutions across diverse projects within the healthcare domain.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the dependability and excellence of our software offerings, advancing test automation methodologies, and perpetually refining our testing frameworks and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Framework Development: Design and sustain scalable automation frameworks that facilitate continuous integration and delivery.

Test Case Development: Formulate, execute, and uphold detailed automated test cases to guarantee comprehensive coverage of both functional and non-functional specifications.

Test Execution: Oversee the testing of software applications for client initiatives, executing tests, documenting results, and reporting defects for new features, modifications, and bug resolutions.

Automation Strategy: Collaborate with your team to establish a robust test automation strategy that aligns with the overarching quality assurance objectives.

Collaboration: Engage closely with developers, product managers, insights teams, and other stakeholders to comprehend requirements and integrate automated testing within the development lifecycle.

Defect Management: Identify, document, and monitor defects, collaborating with the development team to ensure prompt resolution.

Code Review Participation: Take part in code reviews to ensure the quality and sustainability of automated test scripts.

Continuous Improvement: Remain updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices, continuously enhancing automation processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Preferably educated to degree level with at least 2 years of experience in testing web applications.
  • Experience in both structured manual testing and automation testing.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as .Net or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
