Position: Automation Tester

As a member of our Quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, driving test automation strategies, and continuously improving our testing processes and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Framework Development: Develop and maintain scalable and efficient automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
  2. Test Execution: Lead the testing of software applications for client projects, executing tests, recording test results, and logging defects for new developments, changes, and bug fixes.
  3. Test Automation Strategy: Collaborate with your team to implement a robust test automation strategy that aligns with the overall quality assurance goals.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, insights teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate automated testing into the development process.
  5. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of automated test scripts.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and continuously improve the automation processes and tools.

Requirements

  • Ideally educated to degree level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing web applications.
  • Experience in both structured manual testing and test automation.
  • Experience using programming languages such as.Net or JavaScript.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.

  • Flexible working: work from anywhere or in our office. We get together to collaborate once a month, and we try to organize ourselves so that we're in on the same day each week.
