The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and a passion for quality assurance. They will be responsible for leading the testing of software applications, developing and maintaining automation frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
  • Lead the testing of software applications for client projects, executing tests, recording test results, and logging defects for new developments, changes, and bug fixes.
  • Work with the Quality team to implement a robust test automation strategy that aligns with the overall quality assurance goals.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, insights teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate automated testing into the development process.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of automated test scripts.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
