Position: Automation Tester

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Tester to join our Quality team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the testing of software solutions on various projects for clients in the healthcare sector. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products, driving test automation strategies, and continuously improving our testing processes and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Framework Development: Design and maintain scalable and efficient automation frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery.
  2. Test Execution: Lead the testing of software applications for client projects, executing tests, recording test results, and logging defects for new developments, changes, and bug fixes.
  3. Test Automation Strategy: Collaborate with your team to implement a robust test automation strategy that aligns with the overall quality assurance goals.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, insights teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and integrate automated testing into the development process.
  5. Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to ensure the quality and maintainability of automated test scripts.
  6. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices, and continuously improve the automation processes and tools.

Requirements:

  • Ideally educated to degree level with a minimum of 2 years of experience in testing web applications.
  • Experience in both structured manual testing and test automation.
  • Experience using programming languages such as.Net or JavaScript.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, NUnit, MSTest, or similar.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
