Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead key accounts and teams, ensuring effective collaboration and performance
  • Develop and maintain global sourcing and procurement networks, identifying new opportunities to enhance the business's supply chain and product offerings
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact in client meetings, confidently leading discussions and addressing client needs without requiring senior team support
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Account Executives and Managers, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement within the team
  • Represent the company at key international conferences, supporting the leadership team in networking and business development initiatives
  • Budgeting and Sales Targets: Assist Account Directors in creating and managing budgets for key accounts, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded, and new growth opportunities are identified
  • Customer and Supplier Relationship Management: Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure that all team activities adhere to company SOPs, regulatory requirements, and quality standards, maintaining compliance in procurement and supply chain processes
  • Continuous Improvement and Operational Excellence: Collaborate with the Group Business Unit Director to promote a culture of continuous improvement, driving operational excellence across the business
  • Performance Management and Talent Development: Manage and develop direct reports, focusing on performance management, talent acquisition, and retention to strengthen the team and achieve business goals
