As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing and organizing all project information, ensuring accuracy, up-to-dateness, and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain project information, including documents, drawings, and other relevant materials.
  • Ensure that all project information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all matters related to project information, providing support and ongoing communication with the project team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain control and traceability of documentation from project initiation to completion and handover.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure consistent management of project information across the project.

Requirements:

  • Experience in document control with a good understanding of document management principles, best practices, and relevant regulatory standards (BS EN ISO19650 Information Management, Building Safety Act (Golden Thread)).
  • Proficiency in CDE (Viewpoint for Projects), Field Management (Field View), M365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Power BI, and SharePoint (including Site Diary).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to follow established procedures and guidelines to carry out quality assurance and compliance checks.
