We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at Chubb. As a key member of our Complaints Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive fair and timely resolutions to their complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their complaints and provide regular updates on progress.
  • Review and learn from past decisions to improve our complaint handling processes.
  • Gather evidence and ensure fair customer outcomes.
  • Manage a workload and prioritize cases to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Work with internal departments to investigate complaints and provide professional customer service.
  • Make final decisions on complaints and communicate outcomes to customers.
  • Liaise with the local Ombudsman and build relationships with the business.
