Complaints Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling complaints and price comparison cases to agreed standards, in compliance with the Code of Conduct.

Key Responsibilities:
Investigate complaints and price comparison cases using detailed knowledge and investigative skills
Provide expert advice when resolving complaints and develop formal and informal networks throughout the company to facilitate information gathering
Proactively contact investors and manage cases, setting expectations and delivering excellent customer service
Capture all details and progress of a complaint, categorising it in accordance with business and FCA standards
