We are looking for a polished, professional, and friendly Host/Hostess to enhance our guest experience. As the initial point of contact for our patrons, you will establish the ambiance for their dining journey. Your responsibilities will include welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor, managing reservations efficiently, and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Host/Hostess or in a comparable customer-facing role within a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Capacity to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with reservation management systems is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
