We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Luxury Personal Shopping Manager to lead our team based in our largest UK Flagship store in the heart of Leeds. As a key member of our Digital Personal Shopping team, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, boosting customer spend, and growing customer retention.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate Online and Social Media Purchase Leads: Manage all online and social media purchase leads across all Flannels E-com and social media channels.
- Conduct Shopping Opportunities Online: Engage with customers, respond to customer comments and requests online, and confirm sales.
- Engage with Customers: Connect directly with clients to inspire fashion styling, receive inquiries, and sell desired items.
- Research and Source Products: Research, source, and find products to satisfy clients' requests and needs.
- Monitor Correspondence: Ensure prompt response to all enquiries and monitor correspondence.
- Contribute to Team Events: Contribute and assist in Personal Shopping / Stylist / Social Media & Marketing team events.
- Work with Internal Departments: Work closely with internal departments to improve the overall customer journey and feedback on client trends.
- Ensure Timely Outreach: Ensure timely outreach to all clients.
- Act as an Advocate: Act at all times as an advocate of Flannels, ensuring company philosophy is at the heart of all interactions with clients and extends across business internally.
- Achieve Yearly Targets: Achieve yearly targets and KPIs.
- Fashion or Marketing Degree: Fashion or Marketing degree, or a previous role in the luxury consumer retail sector ideally in customer service roles.
- Social Media Interest: Social media interest and first-hand experience in navigating different social channels.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent customer service, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Product Knowledge: Deep product and brand awareness in the luxury goods market and high net worth client base.
- Organisational Skills: Strong work ethic, natural ability to think outside the box, and problem-solving skills to strict deadlines.
- Attention to Detail: An eye for detail and outstanding organisational skills are essential.
- Global Fashion Trends: Hyper-interest in global fashion trends and the luxury market.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS office, including Word, Excel, CMS, CRM, and Clienteling system.
