About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Rehabilitation and Trauma Unit (ARTU) team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our innovative unit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient care to individuals with complex needs, including those with severe head trauma, spinal injuries, and polytrauma.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Contribute to the development of our unit's policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Participate in education and training initiatives to enhance your skills and knowledge, as well as those of your colleagues.
