About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, or General Nurse to join our Temporary Bank Service at North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care and promote recovery, wellbeing, and independent living.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that individual needs are met and goals are achieved.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Registered Mental Health Nurse, Learning Disability Nurse, or General Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Qualified nursing experience in relevant areas, with a strong understanding of mental health legislation and policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to working hours.
