About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate nurse to join our Corporate Vulnerable Patient Team as a Senior Staff Nurse in CAMHS. This exciting opportunity will enable you to support the development of children's and adolescent mental health services at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and safety to patients, demonstrating a passion for CAMHS and a commitment to excellence.
  • Work autonomously to develop and implement mental health initiatives, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive service improvement.
  • Support the development of mental health services, including training and mentoring staff to ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality care.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with best practice and meet the needs of our patients.

  • Nursing qualification and experience in mental health.
  • Knowledge and experience of CAMHS, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Leadership experience, including team management and service development.
