About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Staff Nurse to join our Out of Hours Team in North Staffordshire. As a Band 6 Senior Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for leading shifts, implementing, evaluating, triaging, and managing the care for patients with complex needs within the community setting.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work with colleagues from the wider leadership team and have an awareness of the wider local and national agenda. You will need to be a proactive, flexible, and dynamic individual with excellent clinical and communicative skills.
