We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Out of Hours Team in Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent. This is a part-time opportunity for a 12-month secondment, offering a great chance to develop your leadership skills and work in a dynamic community nursing environment.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and leading shifts, implementing and evaluating care plans, and managing complex patient needs in the community setting. You will work closely with the wider leadership team and have a strong understanding of the local and national healthcare agenda.
