About the Role
The University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical assessment and care to patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of learning and development.
- Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice to maintain high standards of patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
- NMC registration and a full UK driving license.
- Experience as a student or registered nurse in an acute hospital setting or community setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
