About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team at University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical assessment and care to patients, including developing and implementing individualized care plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication.
  • Participate in ward meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
  • Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice, ensuring ongoing professional development and improvement.
