Senior Social Worker - Children's Services

**Job Summary**

Randstad Care is seeking a qualified Senior Social Worker to join our Children's Services team. As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing complex cases, working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and manage complex cases, utilizing your expertise to develop and implement effective plans to support children and families.
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals, including social workers, therapists, and educators, to achieve the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Contribute to the development of the team, sharing your knowledge and experience to improve practice and outcomes.
  • Provide professional supervision and support to junior social workers, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with a social work degree or equivalent, registered with Social Work England.
  • At least 2 years post-qualifying experience, ideally in a Children's Social Work assessment team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to support and develop the skills of others.
