IT Support Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at Brilliant Computers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop and network support, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first- and second-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other computer peripherals.
- Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows 10, 11, and macOS operating systems.
- Support and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 2010 or higher, Cisco Jabber, and other authorized desktop applications.
- Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, and printers.
- Remediate complex AV issues with third-party vendors as needed.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity and workstation hardware/software.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months of IT experience.
- Advanced knowledge of computer hardware systems, chip sets, memory modules, and peripherals.
- Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection systems.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and management.
- Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on time.
- Bilingual (English & Local B2).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.).
- Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts.
- Ability to lift/move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs.
