We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent and Emergency Care team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our urgent and emergency care services.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess and manage patients with urgent and emergency care needs, using advanced clinical knowledge and skills to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and pathways to improve patient outcomes and care.
- Participate in training and education of other healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent.
- Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced clinical skills and knowledge in urgent and emergency care.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
