We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Urgent and Emergency Care team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and manage patients with urgent and emergency care needs, using advanced clinical knowledge and skills to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and pathways to improve patient outcomes and care.
  • Participate in training and education of other healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless patient care and transitions.
Requirements:
  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) or equivalent.
  • Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced clinical skills and knowledge in urgent and emergency care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
