Overview:
Westlakes Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil / Structural Engineer to collaborate with our esteemed nuclear clients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Execute detailed work plans according to contract specifications, ensuring regular quality checks.
2. Maintain accurate records that meet both organizational and legal standards.
3. Address unforeseen technical challenges and resolve issues promptly.
4. Develop procurement timelines and coordinate with the procurement team to guarantee resource availability for project completion.
5. Create Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and Task Briefings.
6. Prepare two-week project forecasts in partnership with the project team.
7. Document site activities through Site Diaries and Allocation Sheets.

Quality Assurance:

Essential Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in civil engineering project execution.
2. Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies, health and safety regulations, and legal compliance.
3. Degree or HNC in civil engineering or a related field.
4. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude.
6. BPSS security clearance required, with the capability to obtain a P4 pass.
