Job Title: Principal/Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Job Type: Permanent

Duration: Ongoing

Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £55,000-£80,000 Depending on experience

Location: Flexible

Hours of work: Up to 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a multi-discipline team to deliver complex design packages
  2. Develop innovative approaches to new designs and ideas to improve efficiency and quality
  3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success
  4. Oversee and develop other engineers' skill sets to enhance team performance

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience managing a multi-discipline team
  2. Strong knowledge of UK and international design codes and industry regulations
  3. Chartership status or working towards it
  4. Experience working in a highly regulated industry

Desirable:

  1. Nuclear industry experience
  2. Degree in Civils or other relevant engineering discipline
