Job Title: Senior/Principal Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Principal Civil Structural Engineer to join our team at Rullion Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering complex design packages and overseeing the development of other engineers' skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take a proactive approach to new designs and ideas to provide opportunities for improvements, growth, and development.
  • Develop processes, methodologies, and toolsets to optimize efficiency and improve the quality of outputs.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Be responsible for the delivery of complex design packages.
  • Oversee and develop other engineers' skill sets.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing a multi-discipline team.
  • Experience in engineering design and substantiation.
  • Good knowledge of UK and international design codes and industry regulations.
  • Chartership status or working towards it.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Nuclear industry experience.
  • Degree in Civils or other relevant engineering discipline.
