Job Title: Principal/Senior Civil Structural Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal/Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our team at Rullion Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a permanent position that requires a senior-level engineer with a strong background in civil structural engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multi-discipline team and overseeing the delivery of complex design packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team of engineers in the design and substantiation of engineering projects
  2. Develop and implement processes and methodologies to optimize efficiency and improve quality of outputs
  3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  4. Be responsible for the delivery of complex design packages and oversee the development of other engineers' skill sets
  5. Take an innovative approach to new designs and ideas to provide opportunities for improvements, growth, and development
Requirements:
  1. Chartered status or working towards it
  2. Experience managing a multi-discipline team
  3. Good knowledge of UK and international design codes and industry regulations
  4. Experience working in a highly regulated industry
  5. Nuclear industry experience is desirable
  6. Degree in Civils or other relevant engineering discipline
