Job Title: Senior Civil Structural Engineer - Permanent Position

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering complex design packages and overseeing the development of other engineers' skill sets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Take an innovative approach to new designs and ideas to provide opportunities for improvements, growth, and development
* Develop processes, methodologies, and toolsets to optimize efficiency and improve quality of outputs
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders where appropriate
* Be responsible for the delivery of complex design packages
* Oversee and develop other engineers' skill sets

Requirements:

* Experience managing a multi-discipline team
* Experience on engineering design and substantiation
* Good knowledge of UK and international design codes and industry regulations
* Chartership status or working towards it
* Experience working in a highly regulated industry

Desirable:

* Nuclear industry experience
* Degree in Civils or other relevant engineering discipline
