WE ARE SEEKING

  • Team Leader

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Supervising store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability in daily activities.
  • Collaborating closely with the Store Manager to assist with HR responsibilities, including training.
  • Motivating the team and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Managing store administration tasks, setting sales targets and KPIs, and overseeing performance management.
  • Coordinating with various departments such as HR, Operations, Warehouse, and Marketing.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and daily operational guidelines, including food safety and sanitation standards, while maintaining a clean and presentable store.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for new products as needed.
  • Assisting with scheduling and managing staff rotas to ensure adequate manpower.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and health and safety protocols.
  • Upholding the store's reputation and stability.
  • Creating a passionate work environment and continuously seeking improvement.
  • Building, developing, and sustaining a high-performing team.
  • Addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Training and guiding your team on doughnut preparation while adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Managing and producing content for social media platforms relevant to your branch.
  • Completing reasonable tasks assigned by the company.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the UK.
  • An energetic and positive individual with a proactive attitude.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage customer relations effectively.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • A willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge with both customers and team members.
