About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Dawsongroup bus and coach. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers in the bus and coach industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and securing long-term rental agreements.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new customer opportunities.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Sales Information Database (SID).

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills:
    • A full UK driving licence.
    • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong presentation and communication skills.
    • A solid education with basic knowledge of vehicles and transport.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Experience in the bus and coach industry or commercial vehicle rental.
