Job Title: HR Business Partner - Financial Services Project Lead

Job Summary:

Omni is seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our team as a Financial Services Project Lead. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for driving forward HR projects, including the company's EDI strategy, and providing input to the HR team on EDI best practice to enhance the broader HR Strategy, policy, and activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive forward HR projects, including the company's EDI strategy, through the design and delivery of initiatives and projects across resourcing, people policy and practice, learning and career development, and developing diverse talent and EDI awareness.
  • Coordinate activity across key stakeholders/diversity strands, including collaboration across teams that support the delivery of EDI activity where required.
  • Provide input to the HR team on EDI best practice to enhance the broader HR Strategy, policy, and activity.
  • Engage with Corporate Communications on EDI content plans to integrate this with the Company's Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
  • Embed continual positive change in balance with the business needs of the Company.
  • Working alongside the HR Business Analyst, drive enhancements in EDI data collection and analysis to highlight trends, progress, potential risks to the EDI strategy.
  • Lead the implementation of assigned HR initiatives, which may include policy development.
  • Support continuous improvement, identify opportunities to enhance existing HR process and practice.
