**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Service Department Director to lead our service department in Maidstone and Ashford, Kent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of service department operations, reviewing customer satisfaction surveys, and driving the performance of our service staff.

**Responsibilities**

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services to customers
* Review and analyze customer satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement
* Develop and implement strategies to drive service staff performance and productivity
* Manage and motivate a team of service staff to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality
* Control costs and monitor performance against agreed targets and budgets

**Requirements**

* Previous experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with a proven track record of success
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
