In the role of HR Systems Consultant, you will be instrumental in developing and sustaining high-quality, people-centric services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Optimising the functionality of all HR systems.
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent operational processes.
  • Collecting and analysing data to provide insights based on performance metrics.

You will also:

  • Uphold superior standards of HR processes and continuously enhance them through data analysis reports and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct system upgrades and offer training and support to users.
  • Perform comprehensive statistical analyses, draw conclusions from collected data, and execute queries.
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics, in compliance with Data Protection regulations.
  • Stay informed about technological advancements and trends through networking and research.

Qualifications required:

  • CIPD Associate Membership, working towards Chartered status, Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, and progressing towards Level 5.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly with intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel.
  • Experience with HR software (IRIS Cascade preferred) as a system administrator, including reporting, system configuration, data cleansing, and system design.
  • Experience in producing and analysing key HR data with detailed commentary and performance metric reports.
  • Thorough understanding of statutory legislation related to HR and Payroll, with experience in implementing systems and processes for compliance.
  • Background in an HR environment, providing generalist HR support to managers.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
  • Ability to write clear and professional correspondence and reports, along with taking accurate notes.
  • Proactive planning skills to ensure deadlines are met.
