Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant to join our team at J & C Associates Ltd. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project transitions and service acceptance.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date systems configuration documents.
  • Configure and test new Oracle Fusion HCM features to drive business improvement.
  • Provide expert advice and education to data owners and users on master data integrity and data flow management.
  • Evaluate, design, implement, test, and deliver configuration and reporting solutions with Fusion HCM.
  • Lead workshops to identify and solve HCM challenges and improve business processes.
  • Facilitate technical resolution and business communication for critical issues.
  • Translate requirements and documentation for various audiences.

Requirements:

  • Experience in running and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM and Legacy systems.
  • Understanding of HCM functional processes and key end-to-end business processes.
  • Proven track record of implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service, and HR Workflow.
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders.
  • ITSM toolset experience.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Implementation of Oracle Redwood.
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification.
