Job Title: Oracle Fusion ERP Functional Consultant
Location: Croydon, UK
Job Type: Full Time Contract, 6 months
Work Model: Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop and implement service acceptance criteria, ensuring smooth project transitions.
- Develop and maintain up-to-date systems configuration documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Configure and test new Oracle Fusion HCM features, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Provide expert advice and education to data owners and users, promoting data integrity and effective data flow between systems.
- Evaluate, design, implement, test, and deliver configuration and reporting solutions for Client Fusion HCM.
- Facilitate workshops to identify and solve Client HCM challenges, driving business improvement and process optimization.
- Ensure timely resolution of critical issues, facilitating technical resolution and business communication.
- Translate requirements and documentation for various audiences, including technical, super users, and end-users.
- Familiar with Oracle Redwood configuration, ensuring effective implementation and integration.
- Collaborate with business change teams to ensure service management processes are understood and implemented.
Requirements:
Essential:
- Experience in running and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM and Legacy systems.
- Understanding of HCM functional processes, including key end-to-end business processes.
- Experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service, and HR Workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills, with ability to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders.
- A proven track record of being proactive, driving initiatives, and taking personal ownership.
- ITSM toolset experience, with ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
Desirable:
- Implementation experience with Oracle Redwood.
- Experience in implementing and working with ITIL processes.
- ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification (Intermediate level or above).
- Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Professional certification.
