Job Overview

Parker Shaw is seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project transitions and service acceptance
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date systems configuration documents
  • Configure and test new Oracle Fusion HCM features to drive business value
  • Provide expert advice and education to data owners and users on master data integrity and data flow management
  • Evaluate, design, implement, test, and deliver configuration and reporting solutions with Fusion HCM
  • Lead workshops to identify and solve HCM challenges and improve business processes
  • Facilitate technical resolution and business communication for critical issues
  • Translate requirements and documentation for various audiences
  • Familiarity with Oracle Redwood configuration is a plus
Requirements
  • Experience in running and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM and Legacy systems
  • Understanding of HCM functional processes and key end-to-end business processes
  • Proven experience in implementing Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Time and Labour, Employee and Manager Self Service, and HR Workflow
  • Excellent interpersonal, relationship, and communication skills
  • Ability to articulate technical issues to business stakeholders
  • A track record of being proactive, driving initiatives, and taking personal ownership
  • ITSM toolset experience
Desirable Qualifications
  • Implementation experience with Oracle Redwood
  • Experience with ITIL processes and ITIL v3/4 Foundation Certification
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Implementation Professional certification
