Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intermediary Coordinator to join our team at Together. As an Intermediary Coordinator, you will play a critical role in our onboarding process, ensuring that our intermediary partners meet our requirements and expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding process for new intermediaries, ensuring timely and effective completion of background checks and assessments.
- Maintain the Unable to Trade Register (UTTR) to facilitate effective management of the onboarding process.
- Conduct proactive and reactive monitoring assessments on intermediary partners to ensure they continue to meet our requirements.
- Support the preparation and activities required for our intermediary governance panel meetings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Administration experience in an admin or coordinator role.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mentality.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, time, and resource management skills.
