About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Partnerships Manager to join our Marketing function at SYKES COTTAGES in Chester. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with our Partnerships Team and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and partners.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform partnership strategies.
  • Monitor and report on partnership performance and progress.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary up to £35,000 per annum, plus access to our annual STIP scheme with an additional 10% of your salary.
  • 33 days annual leave, including bank holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday and two volunteering days per year.
