### Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join one of our supported living services based in Epsom, Surrey. As a Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a fantastically passionate and dedicated team supporting a young lady with cerebral palsy who enjoys being as active as possible.
### Key Responsibilities
* Provide active support to the individual, promoting independence and personal care
* Accompany the individual on leisure activities and into the community
* Use a digital app called Nourish to record care and support plans
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the individual's needs are met
### What We Offer
* Competitive hourly rate of £13.15 (plus 12.03% rolled-up holiday pay)
* 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 bank holidays, pro rata for part-time)
